The Alexander Motel and the fully licensed restaurant is all about quality and affordability. Off street parking available for trailers and coaches. Visit many of our sporting facilities or just sit by a fire with a glass of wine and relax. All single stays will be placed in available rooms with a minimum queen size bed. Ample of room for those traveling with friends or family. Electric blanket and big fluffy doodahs in winter months. Room service is available for breakfast and dinner. Peppercorn Restaurant is fully licensed and provides a quiet and intimate atmosphere with panoramic views over the city of Warwick. Featuring local John Dee export quality grain fed beef and a vast range of Stanthorpe wines and liqueurs our menus are extensive and inviting. Part of the Queensland Heritage Trails Network, visitors can walk back through time and relive the story of a once huge pastoral station. The local fish stocking group release up to 200 00 fingerlings per year into Leslie Dam including golden perch, silver perch and Murray cod to bolster the instinctive population of spangled perch and eel tailed catfish. It also includes a range of touring exhibitions from the Queensland Art Gallery and other regional arts centers. The Warwick District Sporting Car Club boasts a 2.2km sealed circuit track and conducts motor sport events every weekend of the year. A brief walking track leads to the bottom of the falls with picnic and BBQ areas and amenities located at the top of the Falls. There are a number of graded walking tracks through rain forest and eucalypti forest, with one leading to an impressive lookout. Crossed by the Cunningham Highway, this park in a World Heritage area offers an impressive waterfall, difficult hikes and effortless rain forest walks with marvelous views. Experienced walkers can hike for numerous days along the Scenic Rim. You can select one of three walking tracks, ranging from an effortless 1.2 kilometer circuit apropos for wheelchairs with assistance, to a six kilometer track showcasing waterfalls and freshwater habitats. A short fourwheeldrive away, two more tracks lead to scenic lookouts, both within an hour's walk. Travel through some of the region’s maximum picturesque country and spend time in Allora visiting its quiet relaxing parks and gardens and charming heritage listed streets cape. In fact, it’s not uncommon to see vintage car rallies and bikes’ groups motor their way down the Sprint Route at any time of the year. Spend some time walking around Leyburn’s historic buildings. From merriment fourwheeldriving, flawless picnic spots and spectacular scenery, the Cedar Route appeals to all. This is the newest of the tourist routes in the Warwick area and four waterfalls are featured on the spectacular drive on the southern Queensland border between Boonah and Killarney.
