French doors lead onto a wide verandah, with panoramic views to the mountains and the soft southern downs country. A charming lowset weatherboard house, it is completely separate from the owners' residence, with its own entrance and garden. It is situated on the river flats of the condamin river, 12 kilometres from warwick. All you need to do is bring yourself and your provisions! children are welcome and they can talk to the animals and collect eggs for breakfast or just have a good time.
